Frank Vande Voorde

Managing Director

I launched Rainbow Resources Group with the acquisition of Rainbow Careers (now "Rainbow Admin Careers"), a company with more than 30 years experience on the Belgian market. I subsequently created additional specialised divisions such as "Rainbow HR Careers", "Rainbow Flex Careers" and “Rainbow Coaching”.

I started my career in Auditing and later acquired Advisory and Marketing experience in one of the Big Four. Moving into the recruitment sector, I have accumulated more than 25 years experience as a Consultant, Manager and Managing Director in a number of small and large, national and international, specialised recruitment firms.

After graduating from Solvay Business School, I trained at INSEAD. I am also a certified Business & Executive Coach and certified Mediator.

Passionate about business, specialised in permanent and temporary recruitment in particular, I foster and live by values such as trust and fairness.

I believe in the strength of a smile and that a picture speaks a thousand words.

Nancy Gheyens

Recruitment Consultant

I grew up in West Flanders but since then I have been living and working for over 25 years in Brussels, the capital of Europe.

For more than 25 years, I have worked in different administrative positions from Personal Assistant to Events Coordinator for various departments: Sales & Marketing, Finance, IT, Logistics, Government Affairs, Patient Advocacy & HR in the pharmaceutical sector. I am now very motivated to use my extensive industry experience to match the right profiles with the vacancies to be filled.

A job as recruitment consultant where I can use my passion for networking combined with analysing the needs of the clients and candidates is a big motivation for me to get out of bed and go to work. I joined Rainbow Resources Group in November 2018 and hope now, for the second half of my professional career to use my previous experiences to find the right matches for candidates and clients while building and sustaining long term relations. It gives me positive energy to bring people together and move forward.

Lifelong learning and lifelong health at work are my life mottos!  Therefore I also spend my free time  promoting the implementation of healthy lifestyles through the non-profit organisation LifeMe Besides that I am also playing golf to relax and enjoy some fresh air.

Joséphine Antoniol

Recruitment Assistant

I’ve always been a very curious person. In my studies, this curiosity translated to broad interests encompassing what at first glance could be considered very different subjects. I always liked to ask many questions and loved science, history, literature, arts… So what about university?

I hold both a scientific degree in Biomedical sciences and an artistic degree in Linguistics and literature: a rather unusual combination. Biomedical sciences satisfied my desire to understand the human body from a cellular to an anatomical level. Linguistics and literature allowed me to become fully trilingual, to understand how human language works, and to follow my passion for reading. Literature also showed me the power of human imagination and how it was given form over the centuries.

What drew me to all these disciplines was a deeply rooted interest in human life, in the human body and the human mind. Why? Because people are interesting! Now, as a Recruitment Assistant to the amazing team at Rainbow Resources Group, I get to work a trilingual job that entirely revolves around people. I am not done learning, I am still curious, so… what is your story?

Josefin Öqvist

Recruitment Consultant

Born and raised in Sweden, I was always very curious about the world and I really wanted to improve my English, so as soon as I got the chance, I moved to the UK and started studying Human Resources. After my studies I worked within HR and Recruitment in England, Sweden and Czech Republic before moving to Belgium. I have worked mainly in international settings and I believe I have developed more of a European personality rather than a Swedish one. When I first got in touch with Rainbow, I was instantly attracted to the diverse and international team and I now consider myself lucky to be a part of it.

As a Recruitment Consultant, I am passionate about finding the perfect match between client and candidate. For me, there is nothing better than knowing that you made a difference, and what is more important than finding the right environment for people to spend a big part of their lives?
