Job description

  • Follow up of accountancy duties, in collaboration with the external accountant
  • Communicate salary information to the social secretariat (Securex) and ensure all information is correct
  • Order meal vouchers with Edenred
  • Prepare invoices of all kinds (rent, suppliers, other)
  • Input of timesheets and draft invoices accordingly
  • Office supplies: drinks, office material, etc.
  • All-round administrative support of the office
  • Follow up of expenses
  • Cooperate with Security for access badges
  • Have multiple contacts with external administration services

Your profile

  • You have proven experience of at least ten years in an office manager position;
  • You are perfectly fluent in English and French, both written and orally;
  • You have a strong affinity with numbers and have some knowledge of accountancy;
  • As a real multi-tasker, you can set your priorities, coordinate different tasks and you are well-organised;
  • You work in a precise and conscientious manner;
  • You have good knowledge of MS Office tools, knowledge of BOB 50 software is an advantage;
  • You are dynamic with an entrepreneurial mind-set and like to work in a multi-cultural environment;
