Junior Fairs & Events Coordinator (m/f)

Job description

1. Organisation of Events
Coordinate the organisation of A (international) and B (regional) events:

  • Book space, badge scanner, technical (electricity, water, catering, etc), hotel, entertainment, hostesses;
  • Coordinate exhibitor, VIP and parking passes (where applicable);
  • Ensure best on-site visibility (ads in exhibitor/fair catalogue, banners, goodie bags, etc.) together and in agreement with the Fairs & Events Team Coordinator;
  • Liaise with business partners such as stand-builder, printer, etc.;
  • Coordinate design and production of invitations to event (as and when required);
  • Ensure delivery of requested and relevant stand material (samples, literature, etc.);
  • Prepare and issue the info-guide;


2. Administration
  • Collect & process A&B fairs and events application forms and invoices;
  • Follow up on payments in a cost effective manner, ensuring company’s best interest;

3. Travel

  • Travel estimation 5 to 10% of time

Your profile


  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Marketing, Events, Office Management, PR/Communication or any other related field.


  • Entry-level position, first experience in coordinating role is an asset.

Knowledge and Skills

  • IT literacy: Word, Excel, PowerPoint (optionally: Marketo & Salesforce)

  • Languages: Fluent English (written and spoken), German and French are a nice plus;
