Job description

 Tasks and Responsibilities (not limited to): 

  • Taking care of private matters: invoices, doctor appointments, car maintenance, etc;
  • Giving support to administration for the office: follow-up on invoices (in relation with the Accountant), follow-up on files with the lawyer, etc;
  • Preparing documents related to press and news concerning specific business;
  • Taking care of social media communication (Facebook, Twitter, Linked-In);
  • Organising networking events (defining target group, contacting people, sending out invitations, reserving locations, etc);
  • Keeping the agenda up-to-date;

Your profile

  • Fluent in English and French (written and oral communication skills);
  • Strong IT-skills and knowing your way in social media tools;
  • Flexible towards working schedule (being available outside office hours is required);
  • Have a good feeling with entrepreneurial world and network;
  • Excellent organisation skills and ability to work independently;
  • Find a good balance between back-office tasks and being the right hand;
