Job description

For one of our clients, an international law firm located in Brussels, we are currently looking for a Receptionist & Office Assistant.

In this varied position you will be:

  • the first point of contact for internal and external visitors and thus welcome visitors in a wamr and personal manner;
  • responsible for incoming calls, distribution of mail, follow up of general e-mail inbox;
  • taking care of reservation of meeting rooms, parking spaces, etc;
  • in charge of administrative support: travel arrangements, overseeing cleaning team, manage visitor's badges, etc.;
  • responsible for follow-up of rental contracts, suppliers contracts, etc;
  • giving support for projects and other services as requested;

Your profile

  • You have excellent command of Dutch, French and English, both orally and written;
  • You obtained a Bachelor degree in a relevant direction;
  • You have a first experience of at least two years in administrative support and are ready for the next step;
  • You have a pleasant voice, a groomed appearance and easy communication style;
  • You are independant and stress resistant;
  • You demonstrate a high level of discretion and customer service mindedness;
  • You have a "can-do" attitude, a pragmatic approach and are keen to learn;
  • You are a born organisor and you set high standards for yourself;
  • You are proactive and attentive to details;
