Evening receptionist (m/f)

Job description

Responsible for the overall smooth running of the reception area, visitor offices and conference rooms:

  • Answer the telephone
  • Welcome visitors
  • Manage meeting room reservations, catering and set- up (incl. video-conference calls)
  • Travel and restaurant reservations
  • Stationery supply stock control/ordering
  • Assist librarian (updating loose-leaf publications, etc.)
  • Prepare outgoing post, FedEx/DHL package for pick-up
  • Distribute incoming post/faxes and check-off deliveries
  • Scan, photocopy, fax
  • Update frequently used documents
  • Assist accountant with invoices/billing
  • Assist lawyers/stagiaires with time entries (Intapp)
  • Assist lawyers/secretaries as needed (overflow)

Your profile

  • Proficient in MS Office with a sound knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Highly motivated – a real team player with a positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Service minded, flexible/adaptable
  • Independent person / someone who sees what needs to be done and works off own initiative
  • Excellent levels in English/French (Dutch and/or German are a plus)

  • Hours starting at either 12PM or 2PM and finishing at 8PM
