Job description

The main responsibilities of the function include (but are not limited to):

  • Reception of customers: telephone reception and welcoming in the client's premises;
  • General administrative assistance: filing, mail management, participation in invoicing, etc. ;
  • Logistics: management of meeting rooms, supplier relations, stock and archive management;
  • Business Development Support: management of customer and prospect databases, maintenance of the website, preparation of newsletters, practical organisation of customer seminars, participation in various Business Development projects;
  • Layout of documents, newsletters, presentations and commercial brochures;
  • Convenient organisation of various internal activities and customer seminars;

Your profile

  • Versatile and multitasker;
  • Great organisation skills;
  • Autonomous and a strong sense of responsibility;
  • Keen sense of precision and neat work;
  • Good computer skills (Office 365, Adobe Acrobat and InDesing) and open to learning new easy-to-use software (Mailchimp, cabinet management software, ...);
  • Multilingual (FR, NL, EN) both written as spoken.
