Executive Assistant & Commercial Coordinator (m/f)

For one of our clients, we are looking for a multitasker with commercial flair!

Job description

Tasks & responsibilities:

Withing the team of Directors,
"Administrative" & "HR" function 

  • You are responsible for the general adminsitration of the office (follow-up of maintenance of office material & IT, back-up, office supplies, stamps, etc.);
  • You are the contact person for the social secretariat;
  • You manage leaves, pay slips and payment of salaries;
  • You ensure a good follow-up of renting leases (indexation, payment, definitive statements of annual costs).
"Commercial" function 
  • You are responsible for the commercialisation (selling and renting) of properties within the portfolio from the conclusion of sale or rent mandates until the signature of renting leases or sales agreements;
  • You ensure a good follow-up of prospects and you organise the visits;
  • You take care of the realisation and the publication of publicity;
  • You prepare the contracts (renting leases, sales agreements);
  • You are the contact person of the company for everything related to sales or renting;

Your profile

  • You possess a Bachelor degree in secretariat, accounting or marketing;
  • You have excellent command of French, Dutch and English;
  • You have proven experience in a similar role;
  • You are computer literate and have a good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
  • You work with rigour and precision;
  • Thanks to your discretion, you attach great importance towards confidentiality and integrity;
