Job description

For one of our clients, an international law firm based in Brussels, we are looking for a secretary.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out secretarial tasks of high-standing quality;
  • Typing letters and documents accurately;
  • Editing and adapting documents;
  • Handling phone calls and taking messages;
  • Managing agendas, booking rooms and arranging catering;
  • Taking minutes during meetings;
  • Managing the mail inbox, faxes and post;
  • Maintaining a filing system and follow-up of the files;
  • Organising travel arrangements;
  • Assist other secretaries within departments when there is spare capacity;
  • Any other tasks requested.

Your profile

  • You are perfectly trilingual French/English/Dutch;
  • You have at least 3 years of experience as a Secretary;
  • Your secretarial skills are excellent;
  • You are able to work autonomously;
  • You are well-organised, accurate and punctual;
  • You are flexible regarding working hours;
  • You have a good knowledge of MS Office;
  • You are a real teamplayer.
