For one of our clients, an international law firm based in Brussels, we are looking for a secretary.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out secretarial tasks of high-standing quality;
- Typing letters and documents accurately;
- Editing and adapting documents;
- Handling phone calls and taking messages;
- Managing agendas, booking rooms and arranging catering;
- Taking minutes during meetings;
- Managing the mail inbox, faxes and post;
- Maintaining a filing system and follow-up of the files;
- Organising travel arrangements;
- Assist other secretaries within departments when there is spare capacity;
- Any other tasks requested.
- You are perfectly trilingual French/English/Dutch;
- You have at least 3 years of experience as a Secretary;
- Your secretarial skills are excellent;
- You are able to work autonomously;
- You are well-organised, accurate and punctual;
- You are flexible regarding working hours;
- You have a good knowledge of MS Office;
- You are a real teamplayer.
