German Speaking Secretaries/Assistants

Job description

For a number of our clients, we are currently looking for German-speaking candidates with relevant secretarial experience.

As in all similar functions at a certain level, you will be expected to

  • Efficiently organise calendars and diaries;
  • Juggle appointments;
  • Make complex travel arrangements;
  • Provide assistance to your boss(es), while fully understanding priorities;
  • Prepare timesheets and expenses;
  • Filter phone calls;
  • Organise inboxes and reply, where possible, to e-mails;
  • And all other traditional secretarial tasks.

Your profile

  • Significant secretarial experience
  • Perfect spoken and written German and English
  • Knowledge of French desirable
  • Flexible
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently towards deadlines
  • Committed and reliable
